At Zero Drops Safety Equipment (ZD Safety Australia), we are committed to providing high-quality products designed to enhance workplace safety, especially in high-risk environments. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
A proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.
Custom orders, special builds, or clearance items are not eligible for return unless faulty.

To initiate a return, please contact our team at info@zdsafety.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error on our part.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email info@zdsafety.com.au and send the item to our return address (provided upon request).

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to an error or fault, you will be responsible for shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance for valuable items.
